What is OrangeX UID?

OrangeX UID (User ID) is a unique identification number assigned to each account. It's needed for participation in new signup events, KYC verification, deposit amount, and trading volume events.

How to Find UID on PC (Website)

  1. Go to OrangeX official website (orangex.com) and log in.
  2. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner.
  3. When the dropdown menu appears, you can see your account UID.
  4. Or click [My Account] to see UID and more account details.

How to Find UID on Mobile App

  1. Launch the OrangeX app and log in.
  2. On the [Home] screen, tap the profile icon.
  3. You can find your UID at the top of the profile page.

Connect to TetherSave Payback

Once you've found your UID, you can connect to TetherSave payback service:

  1. Go to TetherSave My Page → Exchange Connection menu
  2. Select OrangeX
  3. Enter your confirmed UID
  4. Connection complete!

Important Notes

  • UID is used to register exchange user ID in My Page account registration.
  • Needed for new signup events, KYC status, deposit amount, and trading volume events.
  • While sharing UID itself is safe, never share your password or verification codes.
