What is WOO X UID?

WOO X UID (User ID) is a unique identifier assigned to your WOO X account. Each user has an account with a UID, through which user balances are recorded.

How to Find UID on PC (Website)

Method 1: Check from Account Info Page

  1. Go to WOO X official website (woox.io) and log in.
  2. Click the user icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Navigate to the Account Info page.
  4. You can find your UID on that page.

Method 2: Check from Subaccounts & API

  1. After logging in, click the user icon.
  2. Select [Subaccounts and API] from the dropdown menu.
  3. You can find the Application ID (UID) in the Account Management section.

How to Find UID on Mobile App

  1. Launch the WOO X app and log in.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings or Profile menu.
  3. You can find your UID in the Account Info section.

Important Notes for UID Usage

  • You must submit your WOO X UID when participating in campaigns.
  • Only one wallet address can be connected to one WOO X UID.
  • When recovering your account, if you lose your registered email or password, UID is used for identity verification.

Connect to TetherSave Payback

Once you've found your UID, you can connect to TetherSave payback service:

  1. Go to TetherSave My Page → Exchange Connection menu
  2. Select WOO X
  3. Enter your confirmed UID
  4. Connection complete!

Important Notes

  • When connecting DeFi wallet to WOO X account, proceed through the Account Info page.
  • While sharing UID itself is safe, never share your password or verification codes.
