Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by TetherSave (hereinafter "Company"), the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and members, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the cryptocurrency exchange fee payback service provided by the Company.
2. "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms and uses the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms shall take effect by posting on the service screen or by notifying members through other means.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws if necessary.
